This is my second purchase of this product. The previous one was a couple of years old and I thought that the latest version would have a couple of roads added that have been completed for a couple of years. Unfortunely these roads have not been added.

If the operating system, software and GPS device all come from the same manufacturer -- wouldn't you expect they should work together right out of the box? Well, not so's you'd notice with this stuff! After some extensive hunting, I found this Microsoft Support web site which gave you more extensive troubleshooting than the poor excuse that the Streets & Trips software help provides. [...]

After following these instructions, I was able to get the software to finally find the GPS. Had to change the port settings to Port 8, which was Method 6.

Sure hope this works with Windows 7 - if not, I have to think seriously about Apple!

I've been using Streets and Trips for many years. The product is fantastic. IF you get a usable disk!! The disk I was sent was totally blank so, I was not able to install the new version. No return label so, I am stuck with a blank product and out the $$

I have used previous versions of this product for several years. It seems to be more current than some other similar products on the market. I used to use it to set up 3 days worth of stops at various sites to improve my time and gas mileage. Now I use it to find various addresses for either personal or business use. It is so easy to use, and to save, addresses and locations around the city or state.
