Software Reviews of Windows Live OneCare 2.0 (Up to 3 Users)Customer Review: Not what I thought Summary: 1 StarsFirst, get this on eBay if you have to have it for less than $20. Don't pay full price $49.99 because it is not worth it.
I had to try 3 times to get this thing to install properly. Computer is still slow and apparently has retained some malware with this LiveOneCare. The icon for this will be green for good, yellow for fair and red for at risk. I have had this installed on my computer for less than a week and the icon stays to 'fair' when it should be green for good since it is new and recently installed.
Go for something else, maybe Panda or some other anti-malware. This wasn't all it was cracked up to be.
Customer Review: Repeat User... Summary: 5 StarsI have used this product before and have been very pleased.
Highly recommend..
Customer Review: Works behind the scenes Summary: 5 StarsThis is my second year with Live OneCare. I found it to be a quiet protector. Never inteferes with any other software on my Vista OS computer. For the price I paid and three licenses you have to consider it. I have purchased a USB interface Hard Drive so I can take advantage of the automatic backup feature. Good job Microsoft.
Customer Review: This is one of the best Antivirus i have seen Summary: 5 StarsHi,
I have been using this Anti virus for the past one year and i am totally satisfied with this product and the best thing i like is it takes less memory while scanning then other anti virus and the thing is it tunes automatically every week that way i don't have to do defragment now and then. So for better system performance i recommend this product for all who needs security, anti virus and performance of the system. Also it has a facility to backup at your chosen location
Customer Review: Seems to work good Summary: 3 StarsI haven't had this product very long, but Amazon is requesting a review already, so I can't give a final rating, and I'll give it three stars. It seems to work fine, I don't notice much slowdown in performance. I did see some things stop working though, and after four weeks, still trying to get them resolved. These are external programs like e-bill notifications. They don't work now. But I don't know if OneCare is the issue or not yet. So my review is too early; sorry.
